Commercial Masonry & Public Works

Apartment complexes, multi-unit residential, and public works. We have the crew size and rebar/footing experience to handle larger jobs — without losing the residential-level attention to detail that defines our work.

Most of our work is residential, but commercial projects are a real part of what we do. We've built the footings and CMU foundation for an apartment complex in Charlotte — a job that required heavy rebar, careful sequencing, and coordination with the GC's schedule. We've also poured a concrete sidewalk for a Mecklenburg County middle school connecting the main building to the sports fields.

What carries over from our residential work is the standard. The crew shows up every day. The work is inspected by us before it's inspected by anyone else. The pour is right or it gets fixed. The brick is matched or it gets pulled. We don't run two different operations for residential and commercial — there's one operation that does both.

If you're a GC, architect, or property owner with a project that fits, we'd be glad to walk the site and put together a real estimate. We're licensed-as-needed for the project scale, fully insured, and we'll show you a Certificate of Insurance before you ask.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked

Do you take on commercial subcontractor roles?

Yes — we work as a masonry/concrete subcontractor on commercial projects, coordinating with the GC's schedule, the structural engineer's specs, and the inspector's requirements. We bid based on plans and walk the site before quoting.

What's your largest commercial project to date?

An apartment complex in Charlotte where we did the footings, CMU foundation, and brick veneer. Heavy rebar work, multi-month timeline, full crew on site daily until completion.

Do you do public works projects like sidewalks and infrastructure concrete?

Yes. We've done a sidewalk at a Mecklenburg County middle school connecting the school building to its sports fields. We meet public-works specs and finish quality and coordinate with project managers.

Are you bondable and insured for commercial work?

Fully insured with a Certificate of Insurance available on request. Bonding is project-dependent — let us know what your project requires and we'll respond honestly.
